When it comes to things to eat in Cape Town, it is literally impossible for you to go hungry. Apart from the V&A waterfront which has a host of restaurants serving a wide array of food, the streets around the City Centre, Sea Point, Camps Bay, and Clifton are full of restaurants and cafes. The only problem that we kept running into was that around dinner time the restaurants get filled and most of their Kitchens close at 10pm. So take our heartfelt advice and make a reservation in advance if you can otherwise, you will be disappointed. Everyday of our trip our tummies ate their full and it would be unfair of us to keep the places we enjoyed a secret. Here is a list of some of the places we ate at and loved:

The festive season appears and when you have no plans the FOMO starts to set in. Depression strikes, everyone is going away and here you are stuck in the city with nothing on your schedule, this is how we were feeling at the beginning of December and then a spark flickered and an idea ignited in our minds. Why don’t we just brave the masses and head down to the coast? No not Durban but Cape Town! With the New York Times having named Cape Town as one of the best places to holiday we decided it was time to really explore this wonder of the world. We were blessed with the best weather ever and with a whole 2 weeks to explore this Southern gem in the world. After embarking on a million adventures we decided it was only fair to share our top 10 things to do in Cape Town.
